Ombré Hair at Home

For the past few months, my friend Ray has been talking about Ombré hair. It's a fun and unique way of changing your hairstyle up a bit. And since the color is at the ends, you do not have to wait an eternity for the color to grow out. While you can run out to a salon, drop a small chuck of change, and get your ombré on, Ray was feeling adventurous and decided to try it at home. Looking online, you can find so many different techniques to achieve this look at home (teasing your hair, applying the color in layers, etc). But even better, L'Oreal came out with a Ombré hair color kit and Ray decided this was the method for her. It comes in three shades and you pick the color according to your natural hair color. Ray went for it, with me as her hair color assistant.

Ray chose the Medium to Dark Brown color. Just follow the simple directions included with the kit and within an hour you'll have Ombré Hair!

Over all, the L'Oreal Ombré hair color kit worked pretty well and we were both pleased with the results.
